Allereerst is het erg ingewikkeld om te weten dat de goede sd-kaart compatibel met de Vulcan 5 besteld is, en tegelijkertijd moet hij strenger zijn in de informatie met betrekking tot de plotter, kaarten en de tijd van het boksen van de bestelling. Geen actie van SVB om dit deel van mijn bestelling over te nemen en te vervangen door de compatibele kaart, zelfs voor een prijsverschil dat ik aanneem als moraliteit, is het beter om de kaart op de sites van uitgevers te kopen. Ik ben een trouwe klant van SVB, dit is mijn eerste grote teleurstelling over de ondersteuning en de service na verkoop.
