COSMO PU-160.110 Structural Adhesive

COSMO PU-160.110 is used as a structural adhesive for wood processing, as surface adhesive at many industrial applications or for waterproof bonding of different materials. COSMO PU-160.110 is suitable for wood, various insulation materials such as PUR, PS foam and mineral wool, rigid PVC, GRP (ground), aluminum, etc.

In combination with humidity the adhesive hardens and can foam up. During the hardening process the join should be clamped or fixed. Once hard, the surface can be lacquered. COSMO PU-160.110 is very economical with the reclosable cap. The consistency is thick. Contents: 500 g. Color: Yellowish/brown in processing state, honey/amber once hardened. Do not store or process below 5°C.


Practical Tip
We have been using this PU adhesive for many years preferably in model and trade show construction. An excellent glue!
But even when taking the utmost care, during processing of larger pieces, glue always ends up on fingers or work clothes. Therefore, we recommend the use of vinyl or latex disposable gloves and a protective suit when handling this adhesive.
