Product beschrijving
Compact VHF Marine Transceiver with Class D DSC controller. Thanks to the large 31 x 55 mm display and its icon-guided menu, this IPX8 waterproof radio is very easy to use. The functions required for participation in GMDSS DSC Distress Calls such as individual, group, and All Ships-calls are, of course, standard procedure for the GX1300E as well as the quick scan settings, which lets you monitor pre-programmed or priority-marked radio channels.
The GX1300E receives all the required position data for DSC functions via the NMEA 0183 interface. GX1300E has a NMEA 0183 interface. Depending on the requirements, custom softkeys can can be programmed, which will make menu navigation even easier.
Depending on your needs, the system can also be switched to the inland waterways system ATIS. The "presetkey" function lets you access the last 10 channels used. If desired or necessary during navigation, the so-called "polling" function allows you to retrieve the GPS position data of up to 4 yachts / boats that are using DSC and are within radio range.

The DSC or ATIS function/menu is only available in the respective channel group. Please change to the corresponding channel group to use the respective functions.
Programming notes:This device has to be programmed with your personal data, such as: MMSI and/or ATIS numbers.You may program MMSI and ATIS numbers yourself. You can find the relevant instructions in the handbook. Alternatively, we can carry out programming for you in exchange of a programming fee. In case you wish to use our programming services, please advise us during ordering. Furthermore, please enter your MMSI / ATIS number in the 'comment' field during your order or fill out our datasheet for programming VHF radios and send it to: datenblatt@svb.de. If additional channels (e.g. dutch channels 30, 31 and 37) are to be programmed, we charge a programming flat. The flat is only charged once per device.
