RUTGERSON was founded in the 70's by the Swedish sailor and engineer Göran Rutgerson. Today, the company is represented in more than 30 countries, but still continues to produce in Marstrand, on the Swedish west coast, and to this day RUTGERSON is a traditional family business spanning over two generations.
Early on, Göran Rutgerson discovered a great demand for more efficient and user-friendly sail fittings. He developed a series of products that make life on board and sailing easier. Today, RUTGERSON is one of the leading manufacturers of sailing and deck hardware.
