Product beschrijving
PROP NCT is a powerful, self-polishing anti-fouling for propellers and Z-drives. Its self-renewing effect provides good protection against fouling during the whole season. It is easy to apply, has short over-coating intervals and does not build up high layer thickness. Contents: 500 ml.
- Over-coating interval: 30 min at 20°C
- Waiting time until launching: min. 24 hours / max. 6 months
- Yield: 1.4 m²/500 ml
Application
Make sure that all surfaces are clean, dry and free of grease. Remove dust completely. Apply only in dry weather and not in direct sunlight.
Previously coated surfaces: Remove loose material and contaminants with high pressure jet. Leached layers of Antifouling should be ground wet. Rinse with fresh water and allow to dry. If the state of the previous Antifouling is poor it can be sealed with a layer of Underwater primer.
Uncoated Surfaces: Clean and degrease the surface, then sand and wash-off with fresh water and allow to dry. Prime surface with Underwater Primer prime. Ensure that aluminium surfaces are sufficiently primed.
