Note
Using an older MASTERBUS USB interface together with new MASTERVOLT devices can lead to errors.
In the serial # of the interface, the middle letter should contain at least an "E".
If not, it is an old version. Example: Serial # W818A0105 = old version. This should be replaced if you intend to use it with new Mastervolt devices.

Alle producten in het Master BUS-netwerk kunnen worden uitgelezen en ingesteld via USB-toegang met een Windows-computer. Dit is niet eenvoudig omdat er wachtwoorden of pinnen nodig zijn, deze zijn te vinden op het net. het doet wat het moet. Wat ik over het algemeen kritiek heb op Mastervolt. is de eindklantenservice, die niet bestaat en de gegeven servicenummers blijven vragen of je een gekwalificeerde elektricien bent. Waarom worden deze onderdelen dan vrij verkocht als er geen hulp komt van het bedrijf? Maar het zijn prima producten! Ik heb mijn elektrische systemen in de Sprinter en op de boot volledig omgebouwd naar Master World
