The NSX features a SolarMAX IPS touch screen and delivers crystal clear views of chart detail, structure and bottom contours. The display is easy to view even in sunlight or through polarised lenses. Featuring high-resolution visuals and enhanced day and night modes, plus a clean and straightforward user interface with screen customisation and fully editable instruments bar.
Intuitive chart presentation
C-MAP nautical charts (DISCOVER X and REVEAL X) are available in different cruising areas and include full vector charts as well as tide and current projections. They include high-resolution bathymetry, improved route planning and accurate contour lines. Touch an object on the chart (e.g. a marina or a marker buoy) to access additional information, such as a detailed description, opening hours, facilities and much more.
Simrad App and Setup Wizzard
The Setup Wizard helps you set up and configure your NSX quickly and easily. Step-by-step instructions make engine and tank set-up, radar calibration, autopilot optimisation and much more a breeze.
In combination with the free Simrad App, software updates can be easily downloaded and installed. You can also plan trips and then transfer data to the multifunction display, including routes and waypoints. Available from the AppStore and Google Play.
System extensions
The NSX series supports a wide range of system extensions. Identify potential hazards with pulse compression radars, stay on course with an optional autopilot, or get high-resolution imagery below and to the sides of your boat with a compatible sonar transducer. NMEA2000 and Ethernet connectivity can be used to connect the devices.
